Outdoor beauties: Tulips! The pride of a spring garden. // Ogrodowe piękności: Tulipany! Duma wiosennego ogrodu.

The pride of our spring gardens! Almost as in Netherlands :)

Duma naszych wiosennych ogrodów, prawie jak w Holandii :)

In comparison to these above (which grow in my family garden) mine look quite modest :)

W porównaniu do tulipanów powyżej (które rosną w moim rodzinnym domu) moje wyglądają dosyć skromnie :)

  1. O jejku, Twój kot był wczoraj w moim ogrodzie.
Przecudne tulipany. Masz ich mnóstwo. W ubiegłą zimę nie wymarzły?
Ja straciłam 99 % wszystkich cebulkowatych.
    Serdecznie pozdrawiam:)

      POzdrawiam serdecznie!

    1. Yes, we have quite a wet spring this year, and to cap it all my garden is placed on a clayey soil and it won't dry easily :)

But, on the other hand, today it was 27°C! It felt almost as summer :)

  4. Lovely pictures. Are the tulips a permanent planting? Thank you for your nice comments on my own blog. 27 degrees, wow.

    1. Yes, they're permanent, my grandma never dug them out or replanted, they have just been propagating itself for 20 years or so. She was just buying and planting some new varieties from time to time.

Thank you for visiting and commenting my blog!

  8. A beautifully colourful display with some interesting varieties - is the white one 'White Triumphator' as I bought that variety last year and it seems to open up more than I expected and not keep its flute shape.

    1. Unfortunately, I don't know the name of this variety, because my grandma never cared about the names.
