Spring! Finally! // Nareszcie wiosna!

Hello everyone! :)
I'm back after a quite long break. My little son is now 7 months old and he has started to be more self-reliant so I'll have some time to write posts and take photos :)

Ok, so it's spring time! More and more plants and flowers are beginning to appear. Although, last winter was warm and there was almost no snow in my area, I really longed the view of colorful flowers and the green of leaves and grasses.. even.. who didn't? ;)

Take a look at my and my mom's spring flowers and meet my son Johnny :)

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Witam wszystkich! :)

Ba! Kto nie tęsknił? ;)

Popatrzcie co tam kwitnie u mnie i u mojej mamy oraz poznajcie mojego synka Jasia :)

Crocuses // Krokusy

Snowdrops // przebiśniegi

Hellebore // Ciemiernik

Our plot at this time of the year // Nasza działka o tej porze roku

I know, this lonely yucca doesn't really fit to our Polish landscape ;) but I love it!
Zdaję sobie sprawę, że ta jukka karolińska (yucca filamentosa) nie bardzo wpasowuje się w polski pejzaż, ale i tak ją uwielbiam! ;)

I don't what it is, but I love how the sun is shining on this plant
Nie wiem co to jest, ale podoba mi się jak słońce pada na tę roślinkę

  1. Johnny is beautiful! Congratulations! You are lucky to have these nice crocuses in bloom. Here (in Canada) we are having the worst winter in 20 years and there is still a foot of snow.

  2. Johnny is beautiful - congratulations - now the fun begins. Your mothers flowers are so pretty. We didn't have any winter here in Southern California either and very little rain. Glad your back to blogging.

I imagine the climate of Southern California is warmer than in Poland but it's nice that winter missed your region too! :)

  6. Welcome back and welcome to Johnny too. I think your spring is a little later than ours as our snowdrops and crocuses have been and gone.

  11. Congratulations on your lovely son, he looks lively and healthy and strong ! So you had a mild winter too, here it's been the case as well and we've had temperatures like summer is here already...
The little white flowers in the last picture are familiar, I used to grow some in our previous rented house (and the landlord uprooted them all thinking they were weeds) - I don't really remember the name but it might be a variety of portulaca ?
Hope to read more often about you, when you have the time !
